My favorite cigar store of all time. They always package their shipments very well, and arrive within a few days. They have excellent customer service and it truly feels like you are buying from a family business. It just happens that this family makes my favorite brand of cigars.

Arturo Fuente Jr sent me a hand written note before, and he even called me on the phone once when I had a problem with an order that wasn't even their fault, and was far beyond their control.

I can't wait to order from them again. I am so grateful for this place. I truly appreciate this store and will continue to recommend it to my cigar buddies old and new

Arturo is an amazing individual. World renowned cigars and popularity, but he treats you on such an old school personal level. This man has true class and his cigars are literally the aroma of Tampa. The casita has the charm exactly how I envision it looked decades ago. Also, you can find Fuente cigars there that you can’t find anywhere else. I’d give 10 stars if I could.

What an amazing experience! Personal phone call from AF jr - 30 min,regarding order, hand written thank you card, personalized, and…..I placed (2) separate orders, each with its own shipping fee, he noticed this and refunded my second shipping charge which was not expected at all!! Of course cigars arrived fast and perfect!
What a class act and an excellent family that all cigar makers should look up to… thank you sincerely….
