Stellar staff, great menu, and phenomenal value. We got the crispy pork belly banh mi, a lemongrass beef banh mi, egg rolls, and sesame balls. Everything was on point from the house made mayo, incredible bread, and packed with fresh veggies. Casual vibe and atmosphere. Don’t sleep on this place!

Having just recently returned from our 1st visit to Vietnam, we got home craving banh mi. Pickled Banh Mi has filled that place in our stomachs. The restaurant vibe was open and bright and the crew behind the counter was super welcoming and patient. We got the pork belly and the lemongrass beef banh mi, as well as the pork and shrimp spring rolls. The sandwiches are huge and tasted amazing! They’ve nailed the bun and the crunch alongside the tasty meats was perfect. We can’t wait to eat here again. How much is too much banh mi?!

As a dedicated fan of Banh Mi in Long Beach, this place has become my undisputed go-to, with the crispy pork being my perennial favorite. The plates featuring rice are not only well-priced but also satisfyingly filling. My only lament is the limited operating hours, as I often find myself wishing they were open later than 3 PM.

The ambiance of the space is clean and simple, with a few tables strategically placed towards one side of the ordering counter, providing a cozy spot away from the entrance.

What truly sets this place apart is not just the delicious crispy pork Banh Mi but also the friendly staff that contributes to the overall welcoming atmosphere. Despite the early closure, this spot remains a top choice for a delightful Banh Mi fix in the LBC.

Friendly staff and a fantastic Bahn Mi that is at such a reasonable price (~$8). I would certainly come back here. There is some seating but not a ton inside.

Stopped by for a bite before we went to MoLAA and glad we did. Got the tofu bahn mi and fried rice to share - decent portions, bahn me tasty and the bread crusty fresh. The rice was fine - not my cup of tea, but that’s my taste. Hubby liked it just fine. But the bahn mi was great. Friend got the curry and said it was good and worth keeping in mind for the next visit.

Interior is clean and modern, the service prompt and we were checked on (regarding quality and satisfaction - which is unusual for an establishment of this size). There was a constant stream of people who took out - so we’re not the only people who appreciate the food.

This place is an absolute gem! The banh mi here is beyond amazing—every bite is packed with fresh, flavorful ingredients, from the perfectly crispy baguette to the savory meats and fresh herbs. The balance of flavors is spot-on, and you can tell the ingredients are top-quality. It's truly incredible! I grew up eating Banh Mi with my family in Vietnam, and as a Banh Mi enthusiast, I can confirm that Pickle is simply beyond amazing. The prices are also incredible, and the portions are MASSIVE! (Great bang for your buck).

On top of that, the customer service is out of this world. The staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. They go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience, and it really shows how much they care about their customers. They are always so sweet, and because my mom goes in so frequently, they know her name, her order, and they are just truly modeling a customer service that values care, kindness, and a delivering a great quality product. Every single person in the store is so sweet!

If you’re looking for a spot that delivers both mind-blowing food and heartwarming service, this is the place. I can’t recommend it enough! I'll definitely be coming back again and again!
