I was a bit confused at first but I honestly loved how quick and efficient the food service was. Also I got the chicken salad bowl and it was so full of flavor, 10/10. The best one I've had in my entire life and you get so much food for the price. I don't live in the area, I'm more Downey area but if I'm ever around LA again I would come back. The picture is from after I mixed it and had a bite. I couldn't wait ?

I’m really big on customer service and these amazing folks did not disappoint. But what won me over was their loaded oxtail fries! OH. MY. GOODNESS!! Never have I tasted anything so innovative, rich, delicious and filling. I love soul food but it’s this one singular item that brings me back for more!!

We ordered from Melrose food company and not only was the food over an hour late it was completely cold and soggy and they were missing one out of three meals that we had ordered. They couldn't even be bothered to respond to their own web complaints on their website because when I mentioned this they never got back to us at this point they're effectively trying to steal from us. We were forced to file a credit card dispute because they would not refund the meal that they did not deliver. Under no circumstances should you ever order from these people

Fun experience. I was a little overwhelmed at first, but I stepped up to the kiosk, and it was easy enough. Other customers became like camaraderie. Saw other food I will definitely try. Like the Wal Mart of food to go. Finger licking good too.

Easy to order and pay. Food was ready promptly as promised. Simple to to pick up. Food was delicious ? I only tried 1 item but will definitely be back for more selections.

I wish I could say that everything was perfect but I can’t….after driving an hour, placing my order, and then driving back home only to find that my order wasn’t double checked before it was bagged, sealed, and handed over to me is disappointing. I HATE gravy of any kind! I specifically said don’t put any gravy on my dressing; and it was drowning in gravy. I drove too far to make the drive back but when you spend $60 for 1 meal, your expectations are kind of high. This was my first time here and though there was a slight issue, the rest of my meal was AMAZING!! Parking sucks too……I’m just sayin’….. all in all, I’m not sure if I’d return

Interesting concept but kind of strange for the first time going. NO ONE is there . No where to sit while you wait. You use a machine to order. The food was good but pricy. My only major negative was they didn’t supply enough maple syrup for the orders of pancakes and French toast I ordered. The bag was stapled shut as I got it to go so didn’t see until I got home.

I ordered from Bird-N-Bun and omg it it's the best chicken sandwich I've ever had it was super juicy perfectly cooked the sauce is amazing it truly in love. It's a MUUUUUUST. I just had to come on and give a great review so I could remember it
