Absolutely the best service here at LSA. Shawn was friendly and helpful and accommodating. The burgers were delicious and juicy. The garlic parma fries are amazing!
Beautiful location that stays but the kitchen gets it out fast! Well worth the try!

So wonderfully cold, when I came out to 98° it actually felt good. Lol this was my first visit and I must say I really liked it. About the best bun I’ve ever had on a hamburger. The meat was excellent consistency and flavor, and the chili topping was very meaty. Good fries and excellent service. The server/bartender was extremely helpful.

We have been eyeing LSA Burger Co. for awhile since we frequent Scheels. We finally made it today for my birthday lunch. It's a very cool place with a neat vibe. Our kids enjoyed their food each getting something different grilled cheese, sliders, and chicken tenders. Our favorite dish was the chips and brisket queso and it wasn't close. My wife and I both had the Cut & Shoot burger which was very flavorful but had loads of grilled onions. Overall it was a great first experience and we'll likely be back for round 2.

This was my first time coming to this location. Overall good but unfortunately 2 out of the 3 orders of fries weren't very good - seemed old or double fried. I ordered the chicken fried steak which came with a "blistered" (grilled) jalapeno and was really good. The plate also came with one of the disappointing fries, as well as a chip of their cowboy chili - chili beans with brisket - which I enjoyed but was really stuffed by that point. I'll be back for sure.

My husband and I had a gift card to LSA Burger at Grandscape that we decided to use on our anniversary.
First of all the parking lot is dumb, if you are coming from the stores/attractions there is no easy way to get into it. One either has to drive away from the parking lot to make a U back to it, or make and illegal turn.
We were seated right away; but it went downhill from there. We were seated towards the back of the restaurant. They have very high booth backs, so perhaps that is why we felt forgotten about at times.
Our server was very awkward...not sure if he was still learning. We had to ask for a minute to review the menu, so that he would not hover as we talked about what we wanted to eat.
Our burgers and fries were good. The guac and salsa was okay, but the chips that came with them looked like the ones that get left at the bottom of the bag. The ketchup bottle on our table was empty. My husband had to "shop" for a bottle with ketchup in it. Then 10 minutes later, I noticed that other patrons had to do the same thing...
We had to ask for water refills and for boxes for leftovers. Then our server kind of vanished. We needed sauce containers, so I finally went up to ask the hostess who promptly gave them to me.
When our sever finally did return, he did not know how to redeem a gift card; so he went to get help with that. But then we experienced more hovering as he handed me (not my husband) his handheld device to watch as I left a tip. I was more generous than I should have been based on the service, but I wanted to use up all of our gift card because we will not be back...

McKenna took great care of us! She was dressed up for Halloween as Joe Exotic haha! The food was so wonderful I highly recommend this if you love burgers. The food was beyond great, and the service provided here matched!

Greated by several people and waited on promptly by Bailey who was an excellent sever! The queso, cut and shoot burger, Mac, and both desserts are all wonderful! Fun music and even live music was good. Managers are great too! We will definitely be back. The first salad option is huuuge and scrumptious! The last burger option is a fan favorite of ours and our friends
