I love this bank. They have upgraded their technology over the years and very easy to deal with and Mr. Dallas at the Arlington location is a great man.

Now I do have one issue with one representative I get every time in need to increase my daily spending limit. I think her name is Angela older African American woman. I get her when I call the # for the Dallas Brach. She has the nastiest attitude and seems to hate her job. If this was a one off I would go on about my day. Unfortunately every time I call in and get her she is rude and as heck. She also didn’t complete my request today after I told her if she didn’t like her job she could quit. Please do something about this rude woman. She is definitely not a reflection of Liberty One.

This bank is very technologically challenged. They have horrible system issues. They just got an online bank system that does not work efficiently. Still have to go to the branch for certain things. I was denied an auto loan due to me not ever having an auto at the amount I was requesting. Income is high and credit is excellent but they just didn't want to take the risk was their reason for denying. I'm closing all accounts and sticking with Navy Federal Credit Union.

It's been a long time since I visited the branch but the staff is very welcoming anytime I have to do business with them. Most of them know my history and are willing to help any way they can. Been doing business with them since 1987 and will still continue do business with them until the end!

This Credit Union is on the sixth floor of the Earl Cabell Federal Building. The general public is allowed but all will be screened by metal detector at entrance(s).
