Beware leasing from ENT bank, they will hold your insurance claims check and will make you wait until the repairs are complete to write you a cashiers check to pay for the repair job. This makes life incredibly difficult. After the repair was completed I had to wait to pay my repair man and drive to the bank, then wait 20 minutes for their lending department to approve of the funds that are from my insurance! It’s a ridiculous method. On top of having your car put up, you have to make time to sit in a bank during opening hours to wait on a payment that should be yours in the first place. Not easy on working class folks who are already out of a car because of damages, now having to deal with the bank on top of everything is just a cherry on top.

I couldn't be more unhappy with a financial institution such as this one. Your supposed to have a relationship with your bank. One that says we're here for you or you can trust us. That is exactly the opposite of what you will find here. My aunt is about to loose her home and her husband is in the hospital and they wouldn't cash a 3rd party check made out to her HUSBAND!. She only wanted to deposit the check so she can pay for meds and whatever else. They had her open an account to deny the check. Something is wrong with this picture. I will post if they fix this issue.

I have my auto loan with this credit union and since I got my account it’s been nothing but a headache, I work at a bank myself and it’s extremely frustrating to have to speak to someone once a month because nobody can do one simple task. I’m besides myself that no one has been able to correct my issue after speaking to multiple bankers. So disappointing and extremely angry with this terrible credit union.

I wouldn’t use this company for business accounts, they’ll just let any charge go through no matter if you have money in there or not. Let a $1300 charge go through on my business account and it wasn’t authorized by me at all. I closed the account and went elsewhere, did the same thing to a buddy that has his account there as well. I highly recommend not using this place as any business account.

No drive thru, no shared branching service at the counter, basically no convenience for much. I’m waiting for a new debit card so came in to withdraw money and was told I can only use their self service ATM cause they don’t do shared branching at the counter…..uhhh, if I had my debit card, I could use many ATM’s. I’ve used multiple shared branching credit unions and have never once had an issue because most are ahead and way more logically ran. Hands down the most pointless Credit Union I’ve ever endured which is extremely unfortunate considering we are still an up and coming development so will still have to go out of the way to another area to be serviced. I hope we eventually can get a Credit Union to open up who can DO BETTER.

terrible for business accounts. I opened a Business checking account and savings- this location 1) the lady was not friendly to take our information and was more or less trying to get us to come back another time-
2) they forgot to get a documentation signed. I signed it. and they have lost it.
3) Now they have locked our account- i called in to try and fix this- was on hold for 40 minutes- the rep didn't know what to do- so said "they would feel more comfortable if someone else handled this" (I could hear kids in the background, and this makes me feel as though they didn't want do deal with us) I was then on hold for another 45 minutes and got a voicemail. Now I still cannot access my account. they pride themselves on giving better customer experience than the large banks- I have yet to see this.

This location is hands down my favorite. Friendly bankers, clean location & safe. Ent is the best credit union in Colorado. As you grow financially, Ent is always there to do more for you. You’d be hard pressed to find a better Credit Union. If you’re shopping around, don’t look further.
