Your online banking system is ridiculous. There's always an issue. Sometimes I'm able to login with no issues, and then a lot times I get that the website is experiencing difficulties and to call the number that pops up on the screen. Zelle will only allow me to send a certain amount of money per month. Like I'm on an allowance with my own money. I'm so done with you guys. Time to take my business else where.

I share the same experiences with most of the posters here. The credit union is terribly managed. Many of their policies seems to expect a large share of their customers to be a net negative and so they treat large depositors such as myself like garbage. I'd rather swith to a big bank, there is no "local community" with this credit union.

We’ve been long time CUOFCO customers but after my experience this weekend I think it’s time to move on. My wife’s card was compromised, we called the fraud department and all they could do was cancel the card. We have to wait until a weekday to dispute the charges and get our money back. This is totally unacceptable in such a highly online world. Any of our other banks would be a single call 24 x 7. None of this call back on a week day junk, especially when it comes to fraud. I’m truly disappointed. We’ve been happy, loyal CUOFCO customers for nearly 20yrs.

I had money in my account, plenty, and they took 25$ overdraft fee. They said there was a two day hold, however I deposit this same amount every month in payment from my employer. Why are you putting holds on the same check every month. Plus it has been two business days according to what your teller was telling me so there is no hold. Yet you take money away from me when I have money to pay my bills, then refuse to help me and the teller was completely rude about it. Terrible, terrible service. Withdrawing everything and going to a different bank. The person on the phone also hung up on me. So I had to call back and wait on hold again. Don’t bother with them. They’ll take your money when you have money in your account. Worst bank ever. Such scammers.

My mom had her card stolen, this bank didn't even alert her that funds were being drawn from atms until it was at about $3k- the police told her it takes 7-14 business days to release a report and the bank told her she only had 10 additional days to give them a report. The records office at the police dept told her they were understaffed. This bank told her that if she didn't get the report through in enough time they would take the funds back out of her account. She had to really work hard with the police who have been wonderful, to push through a report in time because of this bank. This bank is horrible and they don't have the customers back. We do not recommend this bank to anyone! They will allow fraudsters to steal your money and will not work with the police department or you to resolve the issue. Be aware!!

I have been a member for about 2 years. The Colo Spgs branch is very helpful and super friendly. The only real issue I have had with them is, I had a bogus charge on my debit card, which I disputed and they would not resolve it. It was only a hundred dollars, consequently I am very selective about using my CU of CO debit card.
UPDATE- I have now been a member for 4 years, I opened a hi yield savings account, CUofCO charged me a 10 monthly fee despite my compliance with the terms. The teller basically told me “too bad”. I called the main office in Denver, they also told me “ too bad”! Terrible way to treat a customer. Now an ex customer!

Disorganized and incompetent. Representatives will tell you one thing on the phone and complete 180 in person. No accountability. Absent management.

They will not mail or give you debit cards and waste months of time just trying to figure out a way to do so
