Cool place. I’ve bought silver through their auctions and also sold them silver in the store! Chad and his mother are great people … of course your gonna find stuff there that costs a lot but those are the high end stuff or the rare stuff.. If you can’t afford it then just don’t buy it don’t get on here and bash them cause some of there stuff is outta your price range. Anyways rant over have a great day! Chris

They're only open 6 hours a day, three or four days a week depending on how they feel I guess. Back when this was the Lebanon antique Mall this place was awesome, I'd go in and spend hours in there just looking for stuff to buy. They were always pretty unfriendly but I would just go in and spend my money and leave. Now that they've rebranded it and changed the hours, there's really no reason to go back there anymore. Everything is overpriced and they act like what they have is gold. I just liked going there because it was local and I could spend some money and have it in my hands that day, it's much cheaper to just get whatever you want on Amazon. Don't waste your time with this place. It's a shell of what it used to be.

This is a LEGIT vintage vinyl record store. Not only does Collect Co have a super cool brick and mortar location, the beauty of this vintage vinyl store is that you can buy records from the comfort of your sofa every night starting around 7pm. Everyone that works at Collect Co loves music and cares about customer satisfaction. I have purchased many vinyl records and I have never been disappointed. They literally sell hundreds of records online every night and it could NOT be any easier to do.

I have been watching Collect Co.'s YouTube channel since the end of August and have spent over $800.00 on albums. This place is way overpriced and from the look at the comments there are other disgruntled customers. They are very hard to get a hold of especially when you've been blocked on Facebook. No one answers the phone. THey have very weird hours. One invoice I couldn't pay for and it was like the end of the world for this place. Would not recommend purchasing from this store or the YouTube channel. I will be buying on Discogs and eBay.

P.S. To The owner, I already had another YT user for years. People, look at all the negative reviews from others. Shop somewhere else.

Great shop, unlike any other. More records than you can look at in one trip. Other kinds of pop culture collectibles, toys, posters, books, CDs, cassette tapes and comics as well. You just never know what you might find. Fun and informative social media live stream nightly sales for those who aren’t able to travel to the store. Prices to fit every budget.

I’ve been going to this store for a couple of months now and let me just saw how neat it all is! The lady to runs the store is so kind & considerate of all her customers and items. If you have a question or need to place something up at the front, she is more than happy to help out anyway she can! I love going here! 🙂

I’m traveling from Denver, Colorado & have been so excited to explore southern antique shops- & was so delighted to find some items to add to my collection! They were even 40% off and the ladies working were so friendly. Thank you!!

AVOID THIS STORE!!! First, I am an avid collector of vinyl records. I wanted to check this place out as I happened to be close by, because I am always looking to give my business to local stores vs the big box stores. I was pleasantly surprised to find this store had a large inventory or pre-owned albums, and even a decent collection of new sealed albums. I immediately asked the woman who came out from behind the counter if there was a rhyme or reason to how they arranged the pre-owned records. She said no, it takes too much time. The "vintage" ones are over there, and the new ones are over here. Strike one, if you are going to sell used albums categorize them or at least put them in alphabetical order. So what should have taken me a few minutes to search through, took me nearly 40 minutes. I start browsing. I probably found 10 albums I would have bought. However, the prices were ridiculous. Way overpriced for suckers. When I asked about the prices, she started getting nasty with me. "These are all vintage and very expensive..." and continues to tell me about having to ship and collect the records, blah blah. So I pointed out that several of the records I pulled were not "vintage" but "used". I pointed out that had they been original or rare pressing they could justify some of the prices, but they were not. Many were more recent pressing that you can literally still buy new on Amazon minus the scratches and flaws. NO! they are vintage !! she insisted again. I told here our definitions of vintage was just different. She then insisted on getting some guy who she says "i pay alot of money to value these records" to come up. So he comes up (BTW super nice guy), and she just tears into.."this guys says our records aren't vintage!!" without me ever getting a word in. Long story, he agreed with me that they are pre-owned or used but "we call them all vintage". Fine, we can at least agree we are talking the same language. She then had a hissy fit about something being opened on the collectibles side of the store that shouldn't have been in front of a customer wanting to buy it, and he just up and left. Finished my browsing and left without buying a single album. Personally, very hard for me to do. It's an addiction for real. I will never step foot in that store again. Mostly because the lady felt empowered enough to treat me like that as a customer, but also in front of the staff. So, it is either her store, her families, or she has an inflated sense of her power. In this day and age where these shops are rare, and being squeezed out, you would think they would go out of their way to please customers and be helpful. Second, because the store is clearly mismanaged and can't even categorize its inventory and third the prices are just stoopid. they lost a few hundred bucks of my money walking out the door that I absolutely would have spent. Nice inventory though, such a shame. If this lady isn't the owner, she needs to go. And judging by the other comments on this review, I am not alone in that opinion.
