Ivan and his team are great. I've had to use Ivan and his team twice.

The 1st time was when our water filter was slowly leaking under our kitchen sink and it was a weekend. He answered our call and within a few hours was at our house trying to fix the old, dirty water filter from the previous owner and was able to figure out where the shutoff was. He also installed a new water filter and moved it at a better location so we could replace the filter easily.

2nd time we used him and his team was when we purchased a new washing machine and found out that our sewer drain was 1 1/2" instead of the standard 2", the water was overflowing back when the washing machine would drain since the cast iron pipes was clogged and had roots growing in them and new washing machines drain much faster than the old ones.We ended up replacing the whole line and had it updated to code. While I don't enjoy spending money on plumbing problems, I would not hesitate to call Ivan since he is easy to work with and transparent about the prices and what they plan is to fix the problem. It's good to know that you can trust someone to do the work correctly when they could easily take your money and do a bad job. I recommend Ivan and his team. Awesome work!

The best plumber I've ever worked with. Ivan is very knowledgeable and very professional and honest. He went above and beyond for my very difficult project. Richard is awesome. I needed a plumber right a way. I called B.LA.C. and spoke with Ivan. He came out right away. He was very respectful and assessed my plumbing issue. The work was done in one day the same week. They kept everything clean while work was being done and there prices were very reasonable. They did a great job replacing my old cast iron pipes with new ones. I'm definitely keeping his number should I have and future plumbing issues. These guys are great!
