Let's start with the service, it was horrible! Arrived after placing an online order and was informed they had just taken a large order and my original pick up time was pushed back 15 minutes. This was not an issue until 40 minutes passed and I approached the counter and was met by a rather flustered and rude fellow. I asked him why it was taking so long to which he told me that he couldn't do anything because the big order. When the gm was brought she ignored me like I didn't exist and even spoke openly with me standing there explaining how she was going to fire an employee which is just wild. The picture I posted illustrates the food quality which consists of over cooked fries with near burned bacon, and a burger that is almost wet there is so much grease on it and if you look closer you can see the grease pooling in the container. I love to support small businesses, but this was a massive failure in all areas except for the atmosphere. Needless to say, I would recommend going anywhere else, but maybe you'll have better luck than me.

This location has great burgers and even brands the buns. The taste of meat and cheese was wonderful. I also had onion rings and not greasy. Burger orders come with fries. I would not miss the onion rings. Yes I will return. I had steak burger and cheese burger with fries and onion rings with root beers.

The burgers are freshly made and good, a step above fast food.

Customer service was great and friendly. The cashier was personable and made sure all our needs were met. Tables are big and able to accommodate about 6 people per table.

Plus is that all burgers are freshly made to order. The quality of the burger is a step above the big chains, but I had better. The burger lacked seasoning even with the bbq sauce. The meat as well as the onion rings needed some seasoning.

Overall it’s alright and a good alternative to the big chains, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to visit the restaurant.

Visited this place at a suggestion from a friend. The decor is nice and the place has a good layout. Service was slow and burgers were pricy. The onion rings were pretty bland. It is a good place to sit and enjoy good company but aside from the Philly fries the food is kind of just ok.

Like this place. A family owned type of vibe with a handful of stores in that part of Texas. Food was very yummy. Though the staff was very very friendly they need to work on consistency of actually Doing the job. Our order for 7 people had a few mistakes in it that took over 20 minutes to fix. Though they did it willingly they were simple mistakes that could have been taken care of from the beginning. I will go back and try them again when I'm in the area. I say check it out!
