The older man heavyset wearing a hat at 9:20PM was smoking a cigarette around the pumps. Very dangerous. Should not be smoking around pumps. Is he that stupid? He could have killed everyone at the gas station. He needs to be fired immediately. Makes me wonder how many times he smokes at the pumps when no one's watching him. You need to pull up the cameras and see him. UNBELIEVABLE JESUS CHRIST

scanned 3 lottery tickets myself..husband went to cash and instead of $70 woman gave him $68. he went back to tell her she was wrong..would not return nor rescan tickets..say she didn't feel like doing it. tickets we have had $10 min .win. Will contact Florida lottery in the morning. That is fraud.

Very disappointed at my experience trying something so simple as a routine gasoline purchase. Pump 7 very, very slow. Early Saturday afternoon 13 Apr 24. As this was going on, I had plenty of time to go inside and make sure store knew about the problem. Clerk was not rude, but obviously didn't act like she cared much. Said something like "I don't know what the problem is." When I tried to draw her out and asked if the store was aware, she said somewhat curtly "I thought the boss fixed it." I took this is the store DID know there was a problem, and did NOT fix it. So I went back to my vehicle and pump was STILL pumping. But then, at the end, apparently because it was so slow, the autostop did not trigger when full and gasoline started to ooze out. Thankfully I caught it fast. But it was a very unsatisfactory experience, and the clerk didn't make it any easier to deal with.

Multiple pump errors. Clerk advised to prepay gas to fix it. Another pump error occurred. Charged the full amount instead of unused portion being credited back to my card. Phone number listed goes to a lawn care service. Mobile/Exxon provides no assistance to get resolved. Disputed card charge to resolve.

I just went to purchase lottery tickets. I checked them at the self checker before going to the cashier. Handed the cashier my winning tickets and she had a huge problem with me having a winning ticket of $15.00. She was extremely rude and made the entire encounter feel very awkward and confusing as I was unsure as to exactly what ticked her off about simply paying me what I won and distributing tickets. She said that "that's why there is a self check machine." To which I said, "that's what I did, how else would I know I had a $15 winner." She even had a validation ticket showing one of my tickets as having been a $15 winner. Then she said, "some people make a big deal out of $0.50." I proceeded to walk away, as there was no sense in arguing with someone this miserable. I hope that whatever is bothering her doesn't cost her her job.

The store itself is nice, however, 2 out of 4 of the diesel pumps have been down for at least 1-2 months. Any plans on fixing these considering the volume of diesel vehicles that fuel here?

Bathrooms are disgusting. This place opened a month ago and the bathrooms look like they haven’t been cleaned once. Also the cashiers are the most unfriendly people I’ve ever seen. Especially this young kid with blond hair. This place needs a new start just a month after opening. Sad
