HORRIFIC MANAGEMENT!!! DO NOT GIVE THIS RESTAURANT YOUR BUSINESS.

We came here tonight as a family of four, and were sat at a table along the back window. Our waiter- who was lovely- forgot three times to bring sodas for my children after being politely reminded- and they were out of the two kinds of wine I ordered. They got my husband’s “create your own pizza” incorrect THREE TIMES which created a delay in his meal being brought to the table. These are all things that can happen at a restaurant that is staffed by younger adults… we completely understand that and didn’t say anything at all. We’ve eaten here many times (both old AND new management) and it’s one of our favorite places to grab a quick dinner as a family.

We were winding down our meal, and the staff decided to sit a table of 16 girls (which continued to grow!) at a table for 6 right next to us. A woman was squeezed between our table and theirs and her hair was IN my pizza. The manager came over to our table- I recognized him as such since I have had friendly conversations with him before. I told him that it’s unfair to seat this table so close to ours- since we were seated first and still finishing our meal. At this point, I couldn’t even hear my family talking anymore because of the noise from the table next to us. The manager offered to shift our table down- which I offered to help shift FOR him. I was informed that he preferred to do it on his own because the tables apparently have a mind of their own. I was THEN informed that he was told that we seated ourselves (which is completely not true and I called him out on this, because I don’t appreciate being called a liar- and I told him exactly which of his staff HAD seated us) and I was then told that I was “patronizing” him. And then he told me to “take your family and get out of my restaurant and never come back.” We left immediately- leaving unfinished food AND drinks on our table.

Whoever is running this restaurant treated me in the most disrespectful and unprofessional manor- unlike anything I have EVER experienced in ANY situation I’ve ever been in. Imagine having to explain this to my children on the ride home!

As a manager- or even just an human- you don’t treat people like this. But when people are local, loyal, PAYING customers, it makes it even worse- and that much more disrespectful. And to think he acted this way in front of my children is an absolute embarrassment for any manager in ANY career space.

Our family will never be returning- and I’ll absolutely talk loudly, openly and honestly about the disrespectful treatment from the management in this restaurant.

My only complaint would be the man behind the bar. They weren't super busy, yet it took him several minutes to even acknowledge us after we sat down, even tho we made eye contact when we walked in the door. And he just seemed irritated when taking our order or when he had to answer a question about something on the menu. He wasn't very personable. The brussel sprouts are so good. The pizza was decent. Kinda pricey, but so is everywhere else in this area.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Bull Pizza co. where I was served by an outstanding waitress named Lily. She was, without a doubt, the best server I have ever encountered. From the moment I sat down, she was attentive, friendly, and incredibly professional.

She anticipated my needs before I even had to ask, and her recommendations were spot-on. Her knowledge of the menu and the specials was impressive, and she made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal.

Her warm personality and genuine care for her customers set her apart from any other server I've dealt with. She truly made the dining experience exceptional, and I can't praise her enough. I highly recommend asking for Lily if you dine at the bull pizza co.

The chicken/pasta dish was just simply not worth spending any $ on! I expected better for $23. Maybe teach the bar staff how to switch a TV ch. @ bar. My soccer request was never met! That is faster to do than pouring a glass of wine. After reading the pizza reviews - I guess I did not miss much either. Overall a lot of training seems needed. Chef & bar.

This was a really great place! The first time I was here, I had a pepperoni pizza and it was fantastic! I’ve been back and had the salmon, and another time I had the fish tacos, they were both very good! The full bar is nice as well! Great food and great service, definitely worth a try!

Cool place but the service was awful, Food was luke warm, and pizza was undercooked.

I even found pink inside of the pork sausage on the pizza. That’s how undercooked it was.
The pizza had so much flop that the dough was falling apart as I was trying to eat it.

Service was horrible even when the owner and the bartender were standing in front of me watching me pick the undercooked sausage off the pizza. Not once did they ask if everything was okay.
Even when I looked for them they were no where to be found or on the other side of the bar.
The high schoolers working there seemed to not notice they were turning around so close to me that their hair was slapping me in the face. So I had to move seats as I was eating my pizza.

When I asked for ranch, I had to remind the the young girl who I asked before for the ranch after 10 minutes of waiting.

This place needs some work on their pizza number one.
They need to train their employees a little better number two .

I’m glad the owners have updated the name of the restaurant now - we used to go when it was Frog and Bull and loved the food - it was great for a date night while still feeling casual enough to be relaxed.

Now I would describe it as a family sports bar. There are a lot of TVs, and the food leans on portion size rather than quality. We didn’t try the pizza (as we didn’t realize it had changed style) - the salads were good but needed a little salt and pepper - no big deal. We had steak and pasta - I wouldn’t recommend - we didn’t take the leftovers to go.

If we’d known before we went that we were headed to a chilis/applebees/sports bar equivalent - we might have had different expectations, but instead were disappointed.

Don’t get me wrong - I’d be interested to try the pizza on a casual weeknight when i don’t feel like cooking - the oven looked good, but it’s no longer a date-spot. This is somewhere to being the kids or watch the game with a beer.

I’d echo other comments about the service - it’s not bad, they’re just very young/inexperienced so learning the ropes. So bring a little patience, kick back and stay a while.

Some people should not be allowed to post reviews. I saw a 1 star review on here because they were commenting that the pepperoni was small. They weren't trying to be cheap, it's called cup pepperoni. It was an intentional choice and they're good. Just silly. My burger was excellent.
