1st off...all the operating hours between Google & their website IS different. They open at 8am not the 9a or 10a the website and Google state. The prices between Google and their website All different. You can order online however their 1st available pick up time is 2 hours after theyre open. They DO NOT have TACOS available until what they deem AS LUNCH TIME. A quesadilla IS $13 --- save your money and make it yourself at home. A person's prior review that stated "generous portions" was most likely a 5 ft - 99 lb female. I would definitely NOT go here again.

UPDATE: Since this review this place has PERMANENTLY CLOSED. It is coming back under a different name, same location so DO NOT be fooled.

I started out with Mario explaining everything he is a great guy. The food was explained on how fresh everything is and how the make the corn tortilla daily. The ambiance is so nice that you might not want to leave. The food had by far so much more flavor and taste then other Mexican joints. This is definitely a must. The food is made to order and special order don’t upset them. It is fast service but I now know I would call ahead.

Shopping in the area and felt like tacos, so we picked this place at random. Sure glad we did. The staff was very nice, and Mario explained the menu for us, very clean restaurant cool decor, very relaxed atmosphere food was so delicious, by far some of the best Mexican food in Las Vegas . We ordered carna asada tacos, beans and rice, a carna asada fries ( very big amount)and the salsa was wonderful, just enough kick but not too hot, they also had other salsas that were very hot. Food is very feeling. Bathrooms were very clean. We all enjoyed our food and had an overall great experience . Can't wait to go back. Not expensive.

?️ Food: Let’s start with the food. It was delicious! I ordered a chicken quesadilla and it was huge! The food is very authentic and the salsa bar is a great addition. Good prices as well. Plenty of food options available.

?‍? Service: The service was really good. Staff checked-in on us regularly and we felt very welcomed at this location.

? Location: I believe this is a new location, the atmosphere is pretty cool. I love their tables and the general layout of the restaurant. It has a great vibe to it, and it feels like a restaurant from Mexico in the middle of Henderson. The location is a little hidden but once you find it, you won’t be able to miss it.

⭐️ Final Verdict: Good Mexican food is hard to find, great Mexican food in Henderson is even harder to find. This place is it. It’s unique, great atmosphere and the prices are good. Definitely a place to check out if you’re craving Mexican food in the area!

If you are looking for authentic Mexican food in Vegas, look no further! The staff is super friendly and attentive, and the owner goes out of his way to make you feel welcome. He even gave us a complimentary churrro dessert for our first visit! The fajitas are sizzling and flavorful, and the homemade tortillas are soft and fresh. We could taste that everything is made with high-quality ingredients and was cooked perfect. This is hands down the best Mexican restaurant in town. I highly recommend it to anyone!

Really, really, really good tacos! I don't know if, in this part of town, you'll find better tacos and birria. Solid quality, taste, and speed. Delivered with very friendly and fast service. I've been back twice now and have had the same experience. There are many options in the menu, but they obviously put a lot of energy into their birria. It shows. Honestly, the only one in town that could stack up against Vito's!

Try to avoid peak times. Seating is limited.

A great new local restaurant has opened on N Stephanie St. / Wigwam Pkwy .
It is beautifully decorated in authentic Mexican style. Very clean and inviting place.
We have tried their tacos ? and El General Fries . Everything was so delicious and we highly recommend their Al Pastor Taco ( a MUST TRY) . The portions are large and the food tasted fresh and perfect blend of flavors.They also have a very big salsa bar. They have different types of bottled drinks and definitely worth checking them out.
The staff was welcoming ,especially the restaurant manager who was very friendly and helpful. Great customer service from him.
Overall it’s a great place to bring the family or gather with your friends.

In town for a few days, ask for recommendation for tacos, this is where I ended up! Oh boy! You want a good taco, you want good food, you want professional and outstanding customer service, come to El general Taco. This was by far the best food I've had in a long time. And if you're nice, you ask for a fresh crudo jalapeno, the throw one in.! Hell yeah, come eat here!!!
