I came in yesterday for the BBQ Chicken Salad, and the experience was nothing short of disappointing. The staff were unfriendly and showed no enthusiasm or care. When I got home and opened my salad, it looked like it had already been picked through—nowhere near a full portion, with barely any chicken. For $13, I expect a decent meal, not a half-filled container of mediocre salad. This lack of quality and attention to customer satisfaction is unacceptable. I will never be coming back and cannot recommend this place to anyone. Noodles & Company needs to seriously step up their game.

The best noodle shop in Vegas that also delivers. Very good vegan options, and very fast delivery if you're in the Convention Center area. Their Korean & Thai noodle dishes are excellent, full of veggies and quality tofu. Their sauces not too sweet or overwhelming.

We both enjoyed our first time here. 2 of us ate 3 bowls for under $30 total including drinks and the 3rd bowl was more for tasting purposes.

After reading some of the reviews here i had lowered my expectations, but ultimately our fatigue with other options led us here.

Keeping in mind the price, atmosphere and speed of delivery we were more than impressed. I grew up on Papa Ginos and i found this fare to be much higher quality.

We tried the spaghetti and meatballs, the japanese bowl (i forget the name) and the mac and cheese with chicken. The mac was our favorite. The spaghetti an easy second and we were split on the japanese noodle bowl. My son frequents quality ramen places and i believe his palette is forever too foofeed to accept options that appeal to an average older person who grew up on Hungry Man dinners.

The staff here are very friendly, the place very clean and for what its worth, this is a good alternate for anyone tired of chicken and burgers.

I tried Noodles and Company while I was traveling last year. When I heard that there was one here, I was very excited!

I was able to go yesterday, and thought the customer service was nice, their food portion sizes were definitely not. (Please see the attached).

For instance, one of the meals that I ordered was a plain spaghetti. When they gave me the bag, I checked and the bowl was less than half full!

I went and asked them if this was the right portion amount, and sadly they said yes!!!

I may not go there again until they get their portion sizes correctly. If I pay their price for a spaghetti, I'm darn well expecting a full bowl of food. Please reevaluate your portion sizes Noodles and Company!

Stopped in tonight for a quick dinner. Had the garlic tortellini and added chicken and my daughter had the spicy noodles with chicken. Both bowls were delicious and filling! The restaurant is spotless, staff is amazing and the food is fantastic! I’ve also had the parm chicken bowl in the past. You won’t get a bad bowl in this place. I might add they have yummy cookies. I’ll definitely be back again! Thanks Noodle Co!

Edit- ordered two blackberry izzes online and they forgot them.

I love this place, I get something different almost every time. My favorite is the zucchini/mushroom/ garlic with parmesan crusted chicken with the "lean"guini noodles.. but all the noodles are good! *** Celiac disease/gluten intolerable or sensitive can have a great dinner here, too. !!!

The blackberry izze drink is so bomb. I get two each visit.

And they gave me a free cookie because I was waiting long and they were packed.. !? this place is so nice.
The cashiers are so nice..
Even speaking cleanliness, it's nice in that department, too!

This location overcharges. They lie and say they are charging you one amount then charge you almost $4 more. They claim to know nothing about it at first but then when questioned further about it they say oh that will fall off on your bank balance. I asked them on this sale how much it would be. They said $19.78. Then they overcharge by $3.96. They have done this to me on multiple visits. No other bar or restaurant I have visited does this and I picked specifically "no tip" on the credit card machine.

You can see this clearly in the pic of my bank balance and their receipt.

STOP VIOLATING THE TRUST OF YOUR PAYING CUSTOMERS and LYING on your register and receipts about how much you are ringing up at the time of purchase. This is NOT okay!
