Awful company. How are they still in business? We ordered a lamp, never heard anything for a month, sent an email, never heard a response. Only when we went to PayPal for a refund did the company get back to us. They gave us some bullshit excuse and then told us they would ship the lamp the next day. They did not ship it. Thankfully we got a refund through PayPal. I'm seriously confused about how this business is still taking customer orders.

Update: After I disputed HTC on Paypal, the company immediately put my order in the mail and I received it within a couple of days. The Salt Dome is gorgeous and larger than I expected from their photos. The Freedom Tower is very nice. I will enjoy both items. My suggestion to HTC, if they truly want to sell their product, is to redefine their mission and vision statements along with upgrading/retraining their fulfillment and customer service departments. They have a beautiful product and customers shouldn't be subjected to the poor quality of Management and lay persons. Not sure if I'm going to order anything else just because of the Customer Service.

Original Post: I ordered 2 lamps, the Freedom Tower and Salt Dome on 08/29/2024. They said it would ship in 3-5 days, but a mailing label with USPS had been created. After seeing the package had not been shipped, I attempted to call them on 09/05/24, no answer, and sent them an email on 09/06/24 through their contact link, with no response. Then they sent out a promotional email on 09/09/24 and I responded to that email with questions regarding my order and got a response of they wanted me to verify my address, that's why the items had not been shipped. I told them it was correct and there has never been an issue with any other company before. They were stalling. I exchanged a few more emails with them and then on 09/10/24 they said the package was ready to mail out and for me to check the tracking number the next day. Well, this morning I checked and the tracking number no longer exists. So I sent an email demanding a refund by the end of the day. I will be reporting them to the BBB. Unfortunately, I found they have a BBB rating of "F" and so many others have had problems getting their products. In the future, I will check the BBB for every new company I purchase from. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Note this is the company that is in Ashburn, Virginia.

This company is definitely a scam, avoid at all costs.

I wish I could rate them with zero stars. I ordered a salt block in December 2023 and still have not received it...

I received an email several days after my purchase stating that the salt block is backordered until the end of January. The company was initially responsive and even sent me a refund for the money I paid for expedited shipping. However, months passed, and I still never received my order. I have since sent multiple emails and called several times for an update, all of which went unanswered.

I understand that shipping delays can happen, but the complete lack of communication from this company is inexcusable.

After enduring this radio silence for far too long, I had no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Thankfully, they were able to help me recover my money.

To sum it up, I never received the product I ordered, couldn't get in touch with anyone for assistance, and had to jump through hoops to get my money back. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company.

I ordered through your website on purpose because I wanted to support small businesses instead of Amazon but my order has never come. I have emailed many times and no reply. Please ship my order ASAP and make me believe in small family businesses again.

I never received the product. When I reached out to consumer care Caroline B. responded they couldn't refund me because the order was in the warehouse and logisitics and I had to wait to receive the product to return it. I reached back to consumer care again when I still hadn't received it and they never responded again. I ended up disputing the transaction through my credit card company to get my money back. Had they at least kept communications open and given me a new timeframe for delivery it would have been a much better experience. Discontinuation of contact is never acceptable from a business. I assume this company either has major supply chain issues or they are just a full on scam company. Either way, I would not recommend ordering from them.

This company is a scam. Same story as other reviewers. Why don’t I read reviews first? They are the first result on Google when searching for a Himalayan lamp… seemed legit at first.

I ordered and waited. After longer than the estimated shipping time and no shipping notice, I contacted customer service through the website. I received a response promising it would ship soon. It did not. Phone calls were unanswered. That’s when I read reviews and realized this was a scam.
Luckily, I was able to get the charge removed by my credit card company. Eventually I purchased a salt lamp in person at Home Depot!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is a complete scam. Order never arrived. Caroline B. Said they were looking into it, then never responded to additional follow up emails. They also don’t return calls. Do not purchase from this company if you actually want a product.

This place is a rip-off! We ordered, didn't hear anything at all. The money was taken from the account. We called and left a message. Nothing after 6 and three months still nothing. Called the bank to get out money back for non-delivery of product. Do not walk, RUN AWAY for this "company"
