Love this place. Best salad I’ve ever had in Miami, you can truly taste how fresh their vegetables are and the quality control they have in place (10x better than SweetGreen). Blue Mojito and the Banana Latte were amazing, can’t wait to come back and try the rest of their menu. Highly recommend.

Such a cute spot for healthy, affordable and delicious options. I absolutely loved salmon bowl, açaí bowl and strawberry smoothie. Everything we’ve had was just plain delicious, fresh and very very tasty! Portions are large too. Definitely recommend this place to anyone!

$16.95 any wrap + any smoothie special is bomb!! Saved me about $10. **Only Monday - Thursdays!!

Very high quality, quick and healthy food that actually has flavor. Their sauces are very good, taste homemade, and are a little bit uncommon which I loved.

I got the Jalapeño salmon wrap + Strawberry glow smoothing. I was impressed with how much I loved the food. There was a good portion of salmon in the wrap.

They have WiFi and outlets under the seat to let people work from here, but the cooler in the front was very loud and annoying (recommend fixing that!). I wouldn’t spend more time here than it takes to eat because of that noise.

One of my favorite restaurants in Miami! The food is healthy but not boring! Their cauliflower pizza is delicious and actually tastes better than regular pizza. I also love the fly sauce for their salads. They have a variety of fresh smoothies with add ons. They just launched a new breakfast menu which has so many healthy and delicious items. Service is great and quick. The place is clean with a nice laid-back vibe.

Decided to treat myself to a nice Sunday breakfast at this place. I’ve passed by many times, but the parking is a hassle so I’ve never had the time to try it out. Today was the day.

Nice, calm vibe when you come in. I ordered on their website in advance for pickup - pretty easy process.

Ordered the Egg Mozz Avo Sandwich ($11.95) + Iced Strawberry Matcha Latte ($5.50). Iced matcha was 10/10, really good! Maybe needs a little sweetener for my taste.

The egg sandwich though…2/10 - a disaster. I opened a barely warm & extra soggy sandwich with a ton of sauce. It was pretty nasty. The avocado was almost black as well. I don’t see the point in adding the sauce for a to go order, it should automatically be on the side. Now I know for next time IF I even decide to come back. If you hate SOGGY sandwiches - ask for the sauce on the side.

Please throw away nasty expired avocados or use them for smoothies. Very unappetizing. But I guess the price makes sense?

What can we say about FlyFuel? Their smoothies are substantial, delicious, and creative. Their coffees and drinks are phenomenal. Fresh ingredients and tons of options. Their açaí bowl, salads, and bowl combinations are tasty and plentiful. They offer a ton of gluten free options including cauliflower crust pizza. Happy to have them close by in their new midtown location!
