Craft Burger in the village plaza. Never been here. Had a lot of taps for IPA’s. Looks like a cool spot. Popped in for some lunch with the family. Wasn’t too busy. Sat down immediately. Waitress was great. Smile and took our order. Unfortunately, my son’s order did not come out to order specifications (they took it back and came back with no cheese in less than a minute). The world famous chili was too salty (I wouldn’t call it world famous). Too watery and it lacked texture, balance, and meat. The Asian salad was decent but the dressing was “suspect”, it was like pouring syrup. Chicken nuggets were good. Crispy. Chicken sandwiches were decent. Not bad actually. I should’ve had their smash craft burger instead. Maybe that would’ve got the food 4 stars. I do rate the food here at 3.5 stars. It’s definitely bar food. Lacks character and definitely way too much SALT!! Taste your creations or use less sodium! I still tipped my waitress as she was attentive and still smiling. I won’t be going back here unfortunately. Try it for yourself if you like. Maybe the burger and IPA will be better food experience. Cheers ?

Great food great service great atmosphere. Burgers are big enough that you don't need the sides but the sides are amazing as well. This is our second visit here and we will come back again

Service was great. Burger was good, but too much sauce for my liking, which made everything fall apart with the first bite and left you with a mess. Tots , onion rings, were good. Beers also on point, I would go back

Live right around the corner so we frequent here pretty often. I am a HUGE burger/hot dog and BBQ guy, and I think this place has a gourmet burger down to a tee. Every option is absolutely delicious, and they added a new blueberry chicken sandwich that I now cannot stop getting. I haven't had a bad menu item, and service has been spectacular every time I've been here. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants a delicious gourmet burger!

I’ve had all their burgers. Best burger in town. Fries are great, but their tater tots are on a whole new level. Take some home, burgers and tots are super good the next day too. Hot or cold, quality food.
Happy hour 3-5 daily. The have a good house lager beer. ?

The five stars are very well deserved. Great service, amazing food and good prices. I got a build your own burger topped with Crafts' Award winning chili, my wife got a plain cheeseburger and my daughter got the kids chicken nugget meal which came with a side and a drink. As sides we shared sweet potato fries and onion rings. My daughter got the tots. We were all amazed at the quality of the meat and ingredients. Although food was great, the service was fantastic. One of the owners took the time to stop by and chit chat with us and that means a lot. Will be going back, but this time with more people. This is a great addition to the city of Placentia.

Frist time customer to Craft Burger. The Restaurant was very clean. Nice out door patio and very clean. Service was excellent. The staff were all very friendly. Nice Bar plenty of sports playing. Food order was taken quickly and served Quickly . The music was nice and not super loud. Great Experience here I will come back. Thank you.

This was my first time at Craft. I had read their reviews on Yelp so me and my brother's decided to go try them out.
The restaurant has great ambiance and there was little to complain about their service expect that even though it was not a very busy time, it still took a while for our food to arrive.
The burgers tasted quite good actually but they were not served hot... They were not cold but not what you'd expect at a restaurant that charges a fair amount of money. My onion rings were absolutely cold and very greasy so I asked the server to have them made again. She was very kind and put the reorder in quickly. They onion rings came back and they were still very greasy...
I would still recommend Craft Burgers because their burgers were good... Just make sure to let the server know that you expect your food to be served hot... Bon appetit!
