Great place for family dinner or lunch. Love that they give the kids dough to play with. They really love it. Pizza is also great and their pasta too. They always have games in their TV’s and the outside area is really great for the kids as well. Great accessible location in the heights. Their Mr.Potato Head pizza is so good. Also recommend the Wyatt’s Barbecue and Madelyn’s Alfredo.

I recently visited Crust Pizza Co. at The Heights, and I had a fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the inviting atmosphere and friendly service. The food was delicious, and the drinks were awesome – an absolute treat!

I want to give a special shout-out to Diego in the kitchen. His dedication and skill truly elevated my dining experience, and he deserves a raise and personal recognition from the manager and owner.

Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food and a wonderful dining atmosphere. I can’t wait to come back.

The ambiance of the restaurant was quite pleasant. Although the pizza did not particularly suit my personal taste preferences, it was still a commendable culinary experience. Trying out different varieties of pizza is always an enjoyable endeavor, and I maintain an open-minded approach to savoring its diverse flavors.

While I personally favor New York-style pizza, I acknowledge that this establishment caters to those who may not share my preference. The service provided was excellent, and I extend my best wishes for their continued success. Bon appétit.

Though a pick-up order, I LOVED the inside environment and look forward to a meal on site. The service was fast and friendly, and the food arrived at home hot and delicious! Will definitely have again.

I ordered a pizza online and within about 7 minutes, received a text that my pizza was ready. Clearly, that's too short a time to make a pizza so I found it odd but thought maybe it was a mistake. I arrived and received my pizza and to my surprise, it was already separated and a few of the pieces didn't match or fit together. You could tell they likely came from a different pizza.

I've ordered from here several times before so I know what the pizza typically looks like. I let them know I did not want that and pointed out the issue. They offered to make another but I declined and asked for a refund. A not so friendly employee who seemed agitated that I didn't want to take the pizza disappeared to call the manager over the phone. She returned to let me know a refund would not be issued. I left the pizza on the counter. But it was a disappointing experience as I haven't had issues there previously. Needless to say, between the food and poor customer service today, I will not be back!

Tuesday, the day after Beryl hit, a friend and I were looking all over for somewhere with food an ac. We noticed cars in the lost and came into Crust. When we arrived only two people were working and many were in line to order pizza. They were so kind and the service was fantastic - no sign of being flustered with how crazy it was. We both got personal pizzas and they were delicious! Thank you so much for everything, you filled our bellies and our hearts!!!
