I had the absolute pleasure of dining at HG Sply Co, and cannot praise the experience enough! From the moment I arrived, Erica went out of her way to ensure everything was perfect.
She seated me in the best spot outside, with a beautiful view and the perfect atmosphere to enjoy my meal. It was clear she genuinely cared about making sure I had an amazing experience.
Towards the end, Kendall, my server, realized they ran out of an item I had ordered. Usually, this would be disappointing, but not here! Instead of just apologizing, they quickly found a creative solution that ending up elevating the meal and experience even more. I was blown away by their flexibility and attention to detail.
Throughout my entire visit, Kendall and her service were impeccable. She anticipated my needs before I even had to ask, making me feel like a valued guest the whole time.
If you’re looking for a place that truly cares about its customers and offers an exceptional dining experience, this is it! I can’t wait to come back again.

Amazing river experience with a great staff. Very friendly. They have an inside and outside patio bar. Just the best. Come in an try a sunset toast.

I personally love the stack bowls. You can create your own or go through pick three.

Wonderful ambience! The brunch menu is especially eclectic! So much so that I found myself panicking at the thought of having to choose one singular entree! The food was AH-MAZING! Do not pass up on the hash brown sticks, they are divine. The pancakes were unique and quite delicious. The only hiccup in this establishment was the fact that they brought me something completely different than what I ordered at first. But no worries, since they fixed their mistake swiftly. Great!

Love this place!!! The happy hour is amazing well worth the visit. We sat outside and it was lovely and not too hot. I think the server was a bit distracted bit she was nice. The food was fresh and everything I hoped it would be.

Great spot with list of menu items for those with dietary restrictions such as low carb, gluten free, or even vegetarian or dairy free. Tucked away in a sweet little corner right next to the Trinity River. We had reservations, so our wait time was non existent - a table was ready immediately upon checking in.
Server was attentive and friendly, and knowledgeable of the menu. Water was always refilled in a timely manner. We started off with the charred chicken thigh starter which came diced on top of a delicious slaw with bits of roasted corn. Chicken had a great charred taste and the slaw with the white bbq aioli was delicious.
For entrees I ordered the braised beef with mashed potatoes and the seasoned brussel spouts. Sprouts with the garlic honey and Korean chili flakes and mash were incredible, the braised beef was not the best I’ve ever had in my life , but still fantastic and tender enough that I could easily shred it with two forks. My wife got the fried “ rice “ ( cauliflower rice ) bowl with grilled chicken breast and she loved it. She also ordered the HG Mule for a beverage. She loved it and said it hit her pretty fast , but I sampled it and found it underwhelming in terms of alcohol content. Then again, I am a bigger person and more tolerant. It tasted great though.

Overall this place gets 5 stars as everything was on point and I’d definitely come here again. All other patrons seems to be enjoying their time and meals as well. Great date night spot . I’d recommend reserving outdoor dining during a cooler time of the day such as late evening to really enjoy the view of the river. Plenty of outdoor fans kept the patio cool enough that I didn’t break a sweat in the summer weather. There is a free parking garage right around the corner.

Fresh ingredients brought straight to your table—this restaurant offers a great variety of dishes that truly embrace a farm-to-table vibe. The food is delicious, fresh, and there’s something for everyone. A unique and charming feature is that you can bring your dog, and they’ll even take a picture of you together to post on their ‘dog wall’—such a cute touch! It’s very family-friendly, with a great bar, making it the perfect spot for any occasion. Highly recommended!

Protective Dad Pranks

This location changed my mind! I’ve been to the Trophy Club location 3 times and finally game up. It was terrible. WOW! What a difference this location is. I will definitely be coming back. Everything was a night and day difference from the service, to the food. Especially the food! I had the Turkey Club and I was pleasantly surprised. Great portion for the price with grate flavors. And it’s definitely not some processed sandwich turkey. It’s nice, thick handcarved turkey pieces. If you’re in this area, definitely give it a try. It has a great patio overlooking the river. Very easy to park since the parking garage is right next to it. It’s just a win if you’re looking for a great meal with superior service.

Great tasting food, very attentive service, and the outside seating with a close-up view of the Clear Fork Trinity River is a pleasant change of scenery! Unique menu of cocktails, and delicious desert selection. I definitely recommend dining here!
