Located on the fourth floor of the Loews Sapphire Resort. It has delicious coffee blends and a lot of grab and go items. They have lots of food items to include fresh fruits and snacks of all types. They also have soda, energy drinks, juices, beer, wine, and liquor available for purchase. There is a Coke Freestyle machine located inside on the back wall for those who have or want to purchase the refillable cups. Lots a various pastries and you can get icecream as well. It is right off the main lobby and a good source for grabbing those needed or wanted food and beverage items.

Breakfast review. The food is very mediocre and not very fresh but it is $8 for a sandwich and convenient so that mostly aligns with expectations. Potatoes were not good. The smoothie was probably one of the better items we tried. Coffee is Starbucks and offers the standard fare (hot coffee, iced coffee, lattes). There’s a decent selection of shelf stable items like cereals, chips, liquor as well as fruit and salads.

I believe they would do better by replacing this with a different café such as Starbucks or something similar. The customer service is great but the pizza is disgusting and the decaf coffee taste burnt. The pretzel was kinda bad and auntie Anne’s is better for pretzels. ? but there wasnt many other options.

If I could give 2.5 stars, I would - but unfortunately (maybe fortunately?) I can’t.
Recently came down for gelato, coffee, and drinks.
The refillable drinks are what they are - pay X amount for free refills, but the size is a bit misleading. Not a big deal.
Coffee is very very hit or miss - espresso is non-existent and the coffee is very poor for the most part. That’s okay though for a resort coffee place.
However, the gelato isn’t really gelato - it’s ice cream, plain and simple. And going back and forth between ordering (I ordered, was told to wait at the end, then informed to wait at the other end all while the cashiers are mumbling directions) is frustrating.
Also, when asking simple questions (Do you have more of this gelato?) I get hit with the “Of course we do. Why wouldn’t we have more?” … Okay, I was just asking a simple question.

Sorry for the spiel, but this level of customer service just leaves a bad taste in my mouth for the final days of my stay.

They really should vend this out to a 3rd party. For what it is it's mediocre at best. Staff seem disinterested. Food is OK. Service is slow. We were there to flee hurricane Milton and went there 4 times with our dog with no issue. On the 5th visit at 6am, at which time they were to open, there was no notice and no sign indicating they would open late, we patiently waited an hour for them to open and some older balding dude tells another guest that no dogs are allowed. It's a walk through store with no seating. Plus we had been there with our dog 4 other times. I thought he was joking but he wasn't. Waited for him to leave, thinking he might help his staff, but he didn't. He left two minutes later and we went through with our dog.

Very nice, lots of goodies to choose from. They do serve Starbucks coffee so that is definitely a plus. The coffee was really good, better than most I’ve had actually. Customer service was present and my drink was ready quick. They have souvenirs and also breakfast and lunch items.

Cute restaurant. Good variety of fast simple choices. Breakfast sandwiches are already prepared ready to be warmed up, good! Variety of healthy items including smoothies. Many coffees to chose from. Service is quick and friendly. Prices a bit high $$

El restaurante queda en el piso 4 del hotel que es donde esta ubicado el lobby, es bonito, pequeño y tiene un surtido de alimentos y snacks al estilo grab and go, el desayuno lo ofrecen hasta las 11 am, tienen unos sándwich muy sabrosos y preparados al momento si quieres comer alli en una especie de barra que hay, hay varias opciones de café, yo pedi uno frio de latte caramel y mi esposo un expresso normal, tambien venden merengadas y helados , La chica de la caja y la sra que preparon los sándwich muy atentas!
