With my older daughter in town for a visit, we walked from my place in downtown Tampa to Armature Works yesterday and found our way to Fit Bowl Co. for breakfast. It was among the best bowls I've ever had, if not the best, and I've hit a ton of these places in Tampa Bay and all over the country. Our bowl was prepared to perfection by Erin who is the bowl making equivalent of Nikita Kucherov. Everything was amazingly fresh and for those who care about aesthetics these bowls were worthy of a social media post for sure. How much did we enjoy it? We went back again this morning, and we were happy to see Erin hard at work and smiling. Once again, the bowl was perfect. So so good. And they have a nice rewards program where you build up "banana bucks" to use on future visits, which at the rate we're going could be tomorrow. I give this place my highest recommendation.

I’ve said for a while now that the only thing missing from Armature Works was an Açaí bowl place, and it’s FINALLY here! The best part about their bowls and smoothies are they are made with fresh ingredients. You can tell they don’t add a lot of extra sugar like some smoothie places do- the fruits and bowls are truly fresh fruit and are very healthy. I live within walking distance and have already been twice! Will be a frequent customer!

I was on a smoothie diet for a week so when my co-workers planned a farewell lunch at Armature Works I was happy to find Fit Bowl Superfood where I could get a green smoothie for lunch. I added protein and ginger in the smoothie for just a small additional fee.

Apparently you can’t get just water … has to be either coconut water, almonds milk or coconut milk . Uhh okay .. the girl making the drink first wasn’t wearing gloves(kept touching her hair and nose )and kinda just throwing it all together I guess, But hey 9 dollars for a side of attitude and a half milk drink ?. I will say the girl working at the kiosk was super sweet ! No one has name tags so I can’t put names !

Delicious, refreshing smoothies! I tried this place for the first time today and got the Beachside smoothie with protein added and it was perfect for the hot afternoon by the river ?

Staff was friendly too which is always a plus!
