This is because of the lack of response to me previously contacting you guys about my poor experience. I stopped in 2 weeks ago for lunch. The bartender was courteous, the food however was very disappointing. After about a 30 minute wait I was offered a cheesesteak that couldn't be sold because the table who had been there before I arrived got up and left because of the wait...I declined. I got my food to go and when I arrived home to eat it, I was disappointed with what I received. The pizza was unevenly baked, part of it was burnt, the other part was floppy and undercooked. The chicken on my sandwich didn't have any flavor which is nuts since they flexed how their chef used to cook for Chef Gilbert at Silkie's. Maybe it was because they were more focused on having a media day, instead of pumping out the live tickets of waiting customers. Anyways, this will probably be interpreted as me being a hater. But it's not that at all...this is me being tired of being charged premium prices for subpar experiences. I initially chalked it up to you guys not having a good day of service, which happens. But to ignore whenever a guest reaches out to give their honest opinion about their poor experience...nah, not gonna be able to do it.

Bailey gave amazing and insightful service. Made for a quick and fun lunch! Wonderful atmosphere with nice upscale “bar style food” selection.

Greta location and they are still growing. Go have a cold one and try the pickle pizza!

I recently visited Voodoo Brewing Company in San Marco and had a fantastic experience. The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, perfect for a casual night out. The nachos and wings were absolutely amazing – packed with flavor and perfectly cooked. While we personally did not care for the fries, everything else was top-notch. The staff was friendly and attentive, adding to the overall positive experience. Highly recommend checking this place out for some great food and drinks!

Relaxed atmosphere to hang and have a few drinks. The pork nachos were delicious but the pub pretzel was average. Not bad but I have had better.

We sat at the bar and the service was fast. The bartender was friendly.

I really wanted to like the Voodoo Brewing Co - Jax location so I want to believe that it's growing pains and that service will be better.

We stopped by recently to check it out. They knocked down some walls and combined the 2 restaurants that used to be there to make it a big roomy brewery with very fun esthetics downstairs and upstairs.

Unfortunately, service is very slow and the bartenders don't seem to want to be there. When we entered around 10pm on a Friday, we kind of just wandered around to take a peak at everything. There's a sign that says "please seat yourself" at the front but most of the tables were dirty.

We ended up sitting up at the bar and it took a few minutes before anyone even acknowledged us as they were too busy doing side work such as polishing glasses and stocking the bar. By that time, I had already grabbed our menus from where the cash register was located. She waited until I tried to put in a food order to tell me that the kitchen was closed... which would have saved us both 15 minutes. The people next to us ordered a pizza but it was very burnt when it came out so I was glad the kitchen was closed.

There are quite a few selection of beers with a very good range of types from Voodoo and local breweries. If you aren't sure what to order, I suggest trying a few with a flight as there are really a lot of beers to choose from. We were barely done with our flights when she brought back the check and it wasn't itemized so it was hard to tell how much they were... so I'm not sure if it's per pour or per flight.

Overall, the beer is pretty good... but the service needs a lot of work. We'll definitely give this place another try but probably further in the future so they have time to practice a little.

Their beer is solid and guest taps are all from other FL breweries. The food was great (wings, burger, turkey BLTA, shrimp bowl). Service was on top of things and very friendly. First floor acoustics are a bit loud but room gives off a good vibe.

Found a PA brewery in Jax! Excellent draft selection, food was delicious, efficient and friendly service. I had the chicky chicky bang bang which was a flavor delight of many of my favorite things... pickles, slaw and Indian food. Hubby had the Bacon Bleu burger which he said was amazing. Def upgrade to add the fries they had a savory herbal seasoning with thyme. Portion sizes were huge. We went to the second floor which was more geared for families which was was perfect for our son. Fun lounge areas and games for the kids. We'll Def return on our next visit to San Marco!

It’s a week after their Grand Opening and four of us made the trip from Ponte Vedra to try their lunch and beer ? offerings.
I love the San Marco area and their remodeled classic building even with parking being at a premium. Very attentive staff today at noon and it’s nice to see both owners on location, engaged with customers, and staff. All of our food choices came out hot and delicious.
Just wish there was a location near the Nocatee area in St John’s County.
