Though this is a brewery and the beer is good, I’ve been coming here for the food! Everything I’ve tried has been so delicious. It’s my go to place for smash burgers, fries, and lots of great apps!

Caveat: there is something going on in the square causing location to be extra busy.
However, I am literally paying thirty dollars to drink one beer and eat a burger while SITTING ON THE *stairs* because there isn’t a free seat in the house thanks to the fact that apparently children are now welcome and seated in bars ? ! ? Hello Brave New World.
When I asked the server that I’d tipped five dollars plus to when I ordered if he could find me a seat or the manager he told me it was “first come first serve” and took off like Usain Bolt. Needless to say, the manager hasn’t visited my little cop-a-squat on the stairs, either.
My second experience here and I will not be back.

Super busy on a Saturday afternoon, I spent about an hour or so sipping at a beer and waiting to meet up with my friend.

Order and pay at the counter, where they pour beers and hand out table cards. When your food is ready, they bring it out.

I had a delicious Kolsch which they call "Lake It Easy" and from the barstool upstairs, it was nice to watch the comings and goings. Parking was a challenge but I lucked out when someone left just as I came in!

Love the food!! A little tight for seating but understandable due to the brewing facility on site but they make every area available as best they can. Pretzel bites you “MUST” try. Burger is great and wings just as good. Chicken bites are terrific!! Always look forward to eating here. Also… If you like alcoholic beverage, try the bourbon cider. So refreshing.

Second time here. We tried burgers, spinach and artichoke dip and the flatbread. All were good, I had the burger plain which I don’t recommend, it needed more for flavor. The beers and ciders were very good, the staff top notch. Only down side are the fans. There is a circulation issue in the building so to keep the staff comfortable they use large fans. Okay if you have short hair but these favs are on high and blows long hair all around, including into your food. Not great. I do understand the need but seems that there could be a compromise so the fans are not directly pointed on the patrons and their food. This will not prevent us from returning. Fun place, highly recommend.

To not get the pretzel bites and beer cheese should be CRIMINAL! And all of the hot wings were terrific. The ranch was ok, but the blue cheese was excellent. Several in our party had the fried chicken bites and the Philly Cheesesteak and they all said they were great, but they raved about the French fries.
Super cute historic downtown location, and perfect atmosphere.
The West Coast style IPA was fresh and delicious, and they had a lot of other great beer and cider options.
We will definitely be back!

So cool eating and reminiscing at Cedar City Brewery this afternoon. The food was awesome and Kennedy our server was undoubtedly the best waitress I have had in years. Thanks Again !

Update, February 3, 2023 | We were served by Kennedy, Katt, and Chris tonight. (Forgive me if I missed someone). The food was amazing & drinks were so delicious. They let me sample a few brews that were so good.
